One needs to fill FORM DS-160 and after confirmation print out the confirmation. Once confirmed pay the application fee and save for later. After that one should try to receive FORM I-120, which is issued by colleges in the USA and for affirming enrolment you need to pay I-901 fees online through US website. Finally, make an appointment for USA student Visa Interview after receiving all the forms.
